ABOUT THE BYRE
Set on a 160-acre Pedigree Aberdeen Angus farm, The Byre is situated up a windy Cornish lane, attached to the owners’ farmhouse. This hideaway is set between the wild west moors and the Atlantic Ocean. A place for all seasons, The byre has its own private garden, to be enjoyed after a day of sun and salty air, with a glass of chilled wine.
Gear Farm
We are very sorry but because The Byre is located on a working farm we are unable to accommodate any pets. However, because we are a working farm there’s always animals around, from Ben our prize-winning Pedigree Aberdeen Angus Bull and his harem of cows to Edie our 3 legged border terrier, who’s very sweet and will visit you just to make sure you are enjoying your stay… and all this if you can manage to get past the flock of chickens who frequent the driveway.

This is a fantastic accommodation in a beautiful area. The Byre is very tastefully decorated, has plenty of space and really feels like a top quality home away from home.Its a hidden gem in the best part of Cornwall.
